A neighboring farmer removed a Pin Oak from his fencerow because the tree knocked the mirrors from his combine. This is one of several beautiful bowls that resulted from those unfortunate encounters.

Box Elder is also known as Manitoba Maple. The red coloration is natural and this is a particularly nice example.

10” X 4” Ambrosia Maple bowl

Ambrosia Maple is Maple that has been visited by the Ambrosia beetle. The beetle leaves small holes and distinctive coloration in the wood which makes for a striking bowl. The beetles themselves, never fear, are long gone.
